Our Company ships its wines worldwide.

Packages are generally shipped by one of our carriers (TNT,Chronopost, FedEx, ...) according to the proposed criteria when ordering. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.

You can know the cost of transportation in your shopping cart before confirming an order. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders (2 different addresses delivery) and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is insured by us and refunded in case of loss, theft or breakage.

You must report an incident to the time of delivery to the agent that issued the package. No claims will be accepted after the passage of the deliveryman. In case of return of the wines ordered due to wrong shipping address filled or delivered and unclaimed parcels (return item relay for example), a fee equal to 2 times the amount of the cost of delivery (sending the goods and return to our cellar) will be deducted from the total refund of your order.

Packages are oversized and protected. Our wines are shipped in insulated and shockproof specifc packaging.
